Helium is a gas produced by cooling down Helium Plasma from the Fusion Reactor.
Plasma
Helium Plasma is a form of superheated Helium, which is made by reacting Deuterium and Tritium in a high temperature and high pressure chamber. When piping the plasma into a Heat Exchanger, it generates a lot of steam and outputs Helium Gas.
